An electrocardiogram (ECG) is a trace of the electrical activity of the heart. Although ECGs can be notoriously difficult to interpret, it is a very important skill. This video will overview the conduction system of the heart and how it relates to the ECG. It will then highlight common arrhythmias and the corresponding salient features required to make the diagnosis.
