Graves' disease is a common autoimmune disorder affecting the thyroid. It causes hyperthyroidism, the manifestations of which span body systems including the endocrine, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal and neurological systems. Here, we outline the presentation, pathophysiology, diagnostic pathway and management for Graves' disease.
