Motor Neuron Disease

Motor neuron is a debilitating neurological disease with a poor prognosis. An interesting feature of ALS, the most common form of motor neuron disease, is the combination of both upper and lower motor neuron signs across at least 3 levels. It is important to note that fasciculations is abnormal only in a wasted muscle.
