Pyloric stenosis is an important presentation of vomiting in paediatrics. Hallmark findings are projectile vomiting (ie vomiting that may reach mum instead of trickle down bib) as well as visible peristalsis. We provide a framework for diagnosing and managing pyloric stenosis.
